49. הצגת הודעות
(א)מי שהורשה לכך על ידי המפקח הכללי על כוח האדם או מטעמו להציג הודעה לפי חוק זה על פני מקרקעין או בתוכם או להורות שההודעה כאמור תוצג, רשאי להיכנס בכל עת סבירה לכל מקרקעין ולהציג את ההודעה.
(ב)הוצגה הודעה כאמור, לא יוריד אותה איש ולא ימחקנה ולא ישנה בה כל שינוי, זולת מי שהורשה לכך כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
