8. בדיקה

השר רשאי לקרוא בצו אדם החייב בשירות עבודה להתייצב לפני אדם פלוני, בזמן ובמקום שנקבעו בצו או על פיו, ולהיבדק כל בדיקה שתידרש, לדעת אותו אדם, לשם קביעת כשרו לשירות בעבודה פלונית; בדיקה רפואית לענין סעיף זה תיעשה בידי רופא שמינהו לכך השר בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות, או מי ששרים אלה הסמיכו אותם לכך.
