40. סכומי קנס אזרחי ועיצום כספי מעודכנים
הקנס האזרחי והעיצום הכספי יהיו לפי הסכום המעודכן ביום הדרישה לתשלום, ואם הוגשה עתירה ובית המשפט הדן בעתירה הורה על עיכוב תשלומו – לפי הסכום המעודכן ביום ההחלטה בעתירה.
