5. השגה על החלטת הרשות המוסמכת בדבר רישום במרשם היצוא הביטחוני
על החלטת הרשות המוסמכת לפי סעיף 4 שניתנה בידי המנהל הכללי, רשאי האדם שלגביו ניתנה ההחלטה להשיג בדרך של עיון מחדש לפני המנהל הכללי, ולעניין החלטה כאמור שניתנה בידי ראש האגף לפיקוח על היצוא הביטחוני – לפני המנהל הכללי, והכל בדרך שקבע השר בתקנות.
