12. הודעה ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה
תיקון: תשמ״ט
העתק של כל בקשה או מסמך אחר המוגשים לפי החוק לבית המשפט יועבר לבא כוחו של היועץ המשפטי לממשלה במשרד האפוטרופוס הכללי שבתחום סמכותו של בית המשפט שאליו הוגשה הבקשה. הוראה זו לא תחול על בקשה שהאפוטרופוס הכללי הינו משיב בה.
