15ב. דין וחשבון
תיקון: תשל״ב, תשמ״ט, תשנ״ב, תשע״ז, תשפ״ב
אפוטרופוס יפרט בדין וחשבון שיגיש לאפוטרופוס הכללי לתקופת אותו דין וחשבון –
(1)את ההוצאות וההכנסות;
(2)פירוט הנכסים והחובות;
(3)פרטים והסברים על הפעולות שביצע, כולל ביקוריו אצל האדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס וקיום קשר עם קרוביו, טיפולו בניהול נכסי האדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס ובשמירה על זכויותיו וכן בדבר ביטוחו של האדם שמונה לו אפוטרופוס בביטוח רפואי וסוציאלי.
