7. הגבלה להפריית ביצית
ביצית של תורמת לא תופרה בזרע של בעלה של האשה בה תושתל הביצית לכשתופרה, אלא אם כן התקבלה הסכמה, בכתב ומראש, הן מהאשה והן מבעלה, והביצית ניטלה מתורמת שהתקיימו בה הוראות תקנה 4.
