Section 2 of תקנות העבירות המינהליות (קנס מינהלי – תכנון ובנייה), התשע״ח–2018, קנס מינהלי קצוב.
2. קנס מינהלי קצוב
(א)לעבירה מינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב –
(1)לגבי יחיד – כקבוע לצדה בטור ב׳ בתוספת;
(2)לגבי תאגיד – כפל הקנס האמור בפסקה (1).
(ב)הקנס המינהלי הקצוב לעבירה מינהלית נמשכת המנויה בפרטים 3 ו־4 לתוספת יהיה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) בתוספת של סכום כמפורט לצדה בטור ג׳, לכל יום, עד 90 ימים; ואולם לא יוטל סכום הקנס המפורט בטור ג׳, אם חלפו למעלה מ־120 ימים מיום שניתנה התראה כאמור בסעיף 8(ב1) לחוק העבירות המינהליות.
