11. דין העובר על המשמעת
(א)נבחן שפגע במשמעת כאמור בתקנה 10, בין אם הופסקה בחינתו והוצא מחדר הבחינה ובין שלא הופסקה בחינתו ולא הוצא, רשאית ועדת הבחינות לאסור עליו להשתתף בבחינה במועד הבא.
(ב)לא תחליט ועדת הבחינות כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) אלא לאחר שנתנה לנבחן הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו בפניה או בפני ועדת משנה שתמנה לכך.
