12. ערר
(א)נבחן הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטה של ועדת הבוחנים לפי תקנה 11 רשאי לערור עליה, בפני המנהל, בכתב, תוך 30 ימים מתאריך ההודעה.
(ב)החלטת המנהל בערר תהא סופית.
