8. עונשין
העובר על הוראה מהוראות חוק זה, דינו – קנס 5,000 שקלים, ובמקרה של עבירה נמשכת, דינו – קנס נוסף 500 שקלים בעד כל יום שבו נמשכה העבירה אחרי הרשעתו או אחרי שנמסרה לו הודעה בכתב מאת המנהל.
