3. נקיטת אמצעים על ידי מעביד
מעביד ינקוט אמצעים סבירים כדי להבטיח את שימושם הבלעדי של עובדים עם מוגבלות בניידות במקומות החנייה שהם זכאים להם על פי תקנות אלה, לרבות על ידי סימון או שילוט מתאים בהם וכן יפנה לרשות התמרור המקומית בבקשה להציב בהם תמרור ג־43 כמשמעו בהודעת התעבורה (קביעת תמרורים), התש״ל–1970.
