1. תחולת סעיף 3 לפקודה
הוראות סעיף 3 לפקודה יחולו על המקרים המפורטים בתוספת שקרו במקום שבו מועבדים עובדים, בין אם גרמו המקרים למוות או לאיבוד כושר עבודה ובין אם לא גרמו לכך.
