10. שמירת דינים
חובות ההכשרה ותנאיהן לפי תקנות אלה הן בנוסף לחובות הכשרה ולתנאי הכשרה הנקבעים לפי דין אחר, ובכלל זה לפי חוק סמכויות לשם שמירה על ביטחון הציבור, התשס״ה–2005, והחוק להסדרת הביטחון בגופים ציבוריים, התשנ״ח–1998.
