7. מחזיק בכמה כלי ירייה
(א)מי שמחזיק בכמה כלי ירייה מסוגים שונים, כגון אקדח ורובה, חייב לעבור הכשרה בכל אחד מהם.
(ב)מי שמחזיק בכמה כלי ירייה מאותו סוג יידרש לעבור הכשרה או הכשרת רענון בכלי הירייה בעל הקליבר הגדול או בכלי הירייה שבו עיקר שימושו; חובת קיומה של בדיקת תקינות כמשמעותה בתקנת משנה 4(ד) תחול גם על שאר כלי הירייה.
(ג)בתקנה זו, ”סוג“ – קבוצת כלי ירייה בעלי מנגנון פעולה זהה.
