6. תנאי ההלוואה
(א)שר האוצר, בהסכמת שר החינוך, ובאישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת יקבע את תנאי ההלוואה, לרבות הבטוחות הנדרשות ממקבל ההלוואה, מועדי קבלת ההלוואה, גובה הריבית שתישא ההלוואה, התנאים להחזר ההלוואה ומועדי ההחזר, וכל תנאי אחר הקשור בהם.
(ב)בתקנות לפי סעיף קטן (א) רשאי השר לקבוע כאמור באותו סעיף קטן תנאי הלוואה שונים לסוגים שונים של סטודנטים, בהתאם לאמות מידה חברתיות וכלכליות שיקבע כאמור.
