תיקון: תשל״ג
ההדרכה הפדגוגית וכן הפיקוח הפדגוגי על כל המוסדות יבוצע בידי השר באמצעות המנהל הכללי; ההדרכה והפיקוח הפדגוגי על מוסדות החינוך הממלכתי הדתי בכל הנוגע לאפיים הדתי, יבוצעו באמצעות מנהל אגף החינוך הדתי.
