7. מינויים מרכזיים במחוז
תיקון: תשל״א, תשל״ג, תשמ״א
המנהל הכללי, באישור השר, ובכפוף לאמור בחוק שירות המדינה (מנויים), תשי״ט–1959, ימנה בכל אחד מהמחוזות שעל הקמתם החליט השר, את נושאי התפקידים המרכזיים המפורטים להלן:
(1)מנהל המחוז;
(2)מפקח המחוז;
(3)המפקח על החינוך הדתי במחוז לפי הצעת מנהל אגף החינוך הדתי.
