11. גיוס נבדקים לבדיקות התאמה
(א)מבצע לגיוס נבדקים לבדיקות התאמה ייעשה על ידי מרשמי תורמי מוח עצם בלבד ובאחריותם, לאחר קבלת אישור המנהל ובהתאם להוראותיו, לרבות לסוגי אוכלוסייה שייבדקו; המנהל רשאי לתת הוראות כאמור גם לגבי גיוס נבדקים שלא במסגרת מבצע לגיוס.
(ב)לא יגויסו תרומות וכספים לשם מימון עריכת בדיקות התאמה, אלא על ידי מרשמי תורמי מוח עצם, או באישור המנהל.
