13. עריכת בדיקת התאמה בקטין, בחסוי או בפסול דין
(א)לא תילקח דגימה ביולוגית לשם עריכת בדיקת התאמה לצורך רישום במרשם תורמי מוח עצם מקטין, מחסוי או מפסול דין.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף קטן (א) כדי למנוע עריכת בדיקת התאמה לקטין, לחסוי או לפסול דין, לשם תרומת מוח עצם לקרוב משפחתו, ובלבד שתוצאות הבדיקה לא יירשמו במרשם תורמי מוח עצם.
