17. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)השר, באישור הוועדה, יקבע הוראות בעניינים אלה:
(1)תקופת תוקפו של היתר;
(2)ציוד ומכשור רפואי הנדרשים לצורך הפעלת מרשם תורמי מוח עצם.
