17. הוראת מעבר
על אף הוראות סעיף 2, מי שביצע ספנות חופית באמצעות כלי שיט זר ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, רשאי להמשיך ולבצע ספנות חופית באמצעות כלי השיט הזר עד תום שישה חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה.
