46. סדרי הייצוא
(א)היצואן יציג לפני פקיד מכס בנמל היצוא או במקום היצוא את הטבק יחד עם הרשיון ופקיד המכס יסמן את הרשיון; המנהל רשאי לדרוש מהיצואן להראות, תוך מועד שנקבע, תעודת אישור שהטבק הגיע והונחת כשורה, ואם לא הראה היצואן את תעודת האישור ישלם כפל הבלו על הטבק שייצא.
(ב)לא ייוצא טבק בכלי שיט שהוא פחות מששים טונות רשומות או בכלי קיבול שמשקלו פחות מעשרים ק״ג, אלא ברשות בכתב מאת המנהל, ובכפוף להוראות הסעיף 45 וסעיף זה.
