5. סמכות המנהל לסייג רשיון
רשאי המנהל להגביל ברשיון, בשעת נתינתו, את שטחה של כל חלקה שיטעו בה טבק וכן רשאי הוא, בהסכמת המנהל הכללי של משרד החקלאות, לקבוע ברשיון את סוגו של הטבק שעל המגדל לנטוע.
