55. הגבלות לגבי נייר סיגריות
(א)לא יהפוך אדם נייר שקוף או כל נייר אחר לנייר סיגריות ולא ישתמש בהם לעישון טבק.
(ב)לא ייבא אדם לישראל נייר סיגריות, אלא אם קיבל מאת המנהל רשיון יבוא בדרך שנקבעה.
(ג)נייר סיגריות המיובא בניגוד לסעיף זה – יוחרם.
