1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”ילד“ – אדם שטרם מלאו לו 18 שנים;
”האמנה“ – אמנת האומות המאוחדות בדבר זכויות הילד, אשר אושרה על ידי עצרת האומות המאוחדות ביום כ״ב חשון התש״ן (20 בנובמבר 1989).
