3. רישום בפנקס המורשים לנגישות
בפנקס המורשים לנגישות השירות זכאי להירשם מי שמתקיימים בו כל אלה:
(1)הרשם קבע כי נתקיימו בו דרישות סעיף 19מא1(ג)(1) לחוק;
(2)הוא עמד בכל דרישות תכנית הלימודים שנקבעה לפי תקנה 4;
(3)הוא עבר בהצלחה בחינות שערך המנהל לפי תקנה 6;
(4)הוא בעל תעודת מקצוע שנתן המנהל לפי תקנה 7.
