5. מוסד מוכר לביצוע תכנית הלימודים
תכנית הלימודים תבוצע במוסד לימודים אקדמי שהכיר בו המנהל לאחר שהוכיח את יכולתו להעבירה על פי אמות מידה שהחליטה עליהן ועדת המקצוע (להלן – מוסד מוכר).
