גוף מפוקח יקבע נהלים פנימיים אשר יבטיחו כי לפחות אחד מבין מורשי הגישה מטעמו לתיבת הדואר האלקטרוני המאובטח שלו ייגש פעם אחת לפחות בכל שני ימי עסקים לתיבת הדואר האלקטרוני המאובטח של הגורם המדווח לצורך בדיקה אם התקבל בתיבה מסמך אלקטרוני שנשלח מאת הרשות.
