5. מגן עיניים
(א)לכל לקוח יינתן, לפני כל טיפול במיתקן שיזוף, מגן עיניים.
(ב)מגני עיניים ינוקו ויחוטאו אחרי כל שימוש בהם לפי התוספת השלישית.
