11. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו.
פורסמו תקנות ביטוח נפגעי חיסון, התשנ״ג–1992.
(ב)תקנות וצוים שיתקין השר לפי חוק זה טעונים אישור ועדת הבריאות של הכנסת.
