5. ערעור
(א)קביעות ועדת המומחים ניתנות לערעור לפני בית המשפט המחוזי.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע בתקנות את המועד להגשת ערעור לפי סעיף קטן (א), את אופן הגשתו ואת סדרי הדין בו.
