8. סייג לתחולה תונקתה
אין בהוראות תקנות אלה –
(1)כדי לגרוע מסמכותו של המנהל הכללי לקבוע הגבלות נוספות לפי סעיף 22 לחוק לעניין גישה לציבור לפריטים באוספי הספרייה.
(2)כדי לגרוע מן השימושים המותרים לפי דין לספרייה או לאדם אחר באתר או ביצירה.
