15. סמכויות השמורות למועצה בלבד
תיקון: תשס״ג־2, תשס״ז־2
סמכויות אלה שמורות למועצה בלבד:
(1)החלטה בדבר תקציב המועצה;
(2)מינוי ועדת בקורת;
(3)מינוי מנהל למועצה;
(3א)הסמכות לקבוע כללים לפי החוק, הנתונה למועצה;
(4)(נמחקה);
(5)כל סמכות אחרת שהמועצה החליטה לשמור אותה לעצמה בלבד.
