27. שיווק בהתאם לקביעת השר
תיקון: תשס״ג־2, תשס״ז־2
משקבעה המועצה כללים לפי סעיף 26, יהא אדם חייב לשווק צמחיו בהתאם לאותם כללים בלבד, זולת אם נתנה לו המועצה היתר בכתב לנהוג אחרת; ההיתר יכול שיהיה כללי, או מיוחד למגדל פלוני, לסוג פלוני של מגדלים או למין של צמחים, לתקופה מסויימת או לאזור מסויים, והמועצה רשאית להתנות את מתן ההיתר בקיום תנאים ככל שתראה לנכון.
