6. מנין חוקי
תיקון: תשס״ז־2
(א)מנין חוקי לישיבת המועצה הוא נוכחותם של מחצית חברי המועצה כשביניהם נציג של הממשלה.
(ב)לא היה מנין חוקי מחמת העדרו של נציג הממשלה, תידחה הישיבה שבוע ימים; היה המועד שנדחה חל ביום מנוחה, כמשמעותו בפקודת ימי מנוחה, תש״ח–1948, תקויים הישיבה למחרתו; בישיבה נדחית כאמור תהיה מחצית חברי המועצה מנין חוקי אף בהעדר נציג הממשלה.
