63. המועצה כסוכן הממשלה
תיקון: תשס״ג־2
הממשלה רשאית לקבוע, בין באורח כללי ובין למקרה מסויים או לסוג מסויים של מקרים, כי המועצה תשמש סוכן שלה למתן תמיכות כספיות להבטחת מחירים הוגנים לצמחים ולאמצעי ייצור הקשורים בייצור הצמחים שבתחום טיפולה של המועצה, ולעשיית כל פעולה אחרת.
