70. הוראות מעבר
עם כינון המועצה יועברו אליה כל הנכסים שבידי החברה הרשומה בשם ”המועצה לייצור ושיווק של פירות“, מקרקעין ומיטלטלין, כל זכות ראויה או מוחזקת וכל טובת הנאה שיש לה בכל נכס, וכל החובות שהחברה חייבת בהם וההתחייבויות שקיבלה על עצמה כדין.
