157. ערובה לתשלום הוצאות
(א)בית המשפט רשאי, אם נראה לו הדבר, לצוות על תובע לתת ערובה לתשלום הוצאותיו של נתבע.
(ב)לא ניתנה הערובה בתוך המועד שהורה, יימחק כתב התביעה.
