160. חובת המצאה
המציא בעל דין המיוצג בידי עורך דין מסמך לבית המשפט, ימציא עורך הדין את העתקו לבעל הדין שכנגד בלא דיחוי ולא יאוחר משלושה ימים ממועד ההמצאה לבית המשפט או זמן סביר לפני מועד הדיון שנקבע, לפי המוקדם; אם בעל הדין אינו מיוצג בידי עורך דין, יגיש את המסמך למזכירות בית המשפט, שתפעל להמצאתו.
