22. הודעה לצד שלישי
תיקון: תש״ף־2
נתבע רשאי לתת הודעה לצד שלישי לכל אדם, במקרים שבהם הוא זכאי ממנו להשתתפות, לשיפוי או לביצוע פעולה בנוגע לסעד הנתבע ממנו או אם מתקיים קשר עובדתי או משפטי משותף בסוגיה שבינו ובין הצד השלישי, הכרוכה בנושא התובענה.
