30. ציון מועד ההגשה האחרון
הגיש בעל דין כתב טענות לבית המשפט, יפרט בשולי כותרת המסמך את המועד האחרון שעליו להגיש את כתב הטענות לפי תקנות אלה או לפי החלטת בית המשפט, ואם הוא משיב או מגיב למסמך אחר – גם מהו המועד שאותו מסמך הומצא לו.
