34. מטרת הדיון המקדמי
הצדדים יקיימו דיון מקדמי כמפורט בתקנה 35; מטרת הדיון המקדמי היא להביא לידי כך שבעלי הדין ייערכו היטב לקראת הדיון בתביעה וילבנו את יריעת המחלוקת תוך גילוי הדדי ושקיפות מלאה ביניהם, באופן שיאפשר להם להיות מוכנים כראוי לדיון וכן לבחון את האפשרות לפתור את המחלוקת באמצעות מנגנון חלופי ליישוב הסכסוך.
