בתום הדיון בכל בקשה יפסוק בית המשפט את הוצאות הבקשה ועל מי הן חלות, בלא קשר לתוצאות ההליך העיקרי, זולת אם מצא שקיימים טעמים מיוחדים שלא לחייב בהוצאות כאמור.
