58. עיון במסמכים
תיקון: תש״ף־2
עד שלושים ימים לאחר שהחליפו בעלי הדין תצהירי גילוי מסמכים לפי תקנה 57, או במועד אחר שיורה בית המשפט, ישלימו בעלי הדין את הליכי העיון במסמכים ויאפשרו האחד לבעל הדין השני לצלם את המסמכים או לסרוק אותם על חשבון בעל הדין שביקש את העיון.
