71. הצגת ראיות במדיה אלקטרונית או דיגיטלית על ידי בעל דין
בעל דין המבקש להציג ראיה במדיה אלקטרונית או דיגיטלית, יודיע לבית המשפט על כוונתו לעשות כן לא יאוחר משלושה ימים לפני מועד הדיון; מנהל בתי המשפט רשאי להורות על המתכונת שבה תוגש ראיה ובאין הוראה כאמור – לפי הוראת נשיא בית המשפט.
