85. התייצבות לעדות
(א)עד שהוזמן למתן עדות לפי תקנות אלה, יתייצב לכל ישיבה שאליה יוזמן.
(ב)מי שהוזמן להציג מסמך רשאי לעשות כן באמצעות אדם אחר, זולת אם בית המשפט הורה אחרת.
