1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”חוק רישוי עסקים“ – חוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968;
”ילד“ – מי שטרם מלאו לו שמונה עשרה שנים;
”קייטנה“ – מקום שבו מתנהלת פעילות יום יומית מאורגנת של נופש וחברה לקבוצת ילדים, לתקופה קצובה ורצופה של מספר ימים לפחות, בתקופת חופשת הלימודים מבית־הספר;
”השר“ – שר החינוך והתרבות.
