6. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לענין קייטנות, לרבות בענייני בטיחות ובטחון, פעילות חינוכית והדרכה ופיקוח פדגוגי.

(ב)אדם שלא קיים תנאי מתנאי הרשיון או לא קיים הוראות תקנה לפי סעיף קטן (א), רואים אותו כמי שלא קיים תנאי מתנאי רשיון שניתן לפי חוק רישוי עסקים והוראות חוק רישוי עסקים יחולו לגביו.
