1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הורים“ – לרבות אפוטרופסו של הילד, וכל אדם שהילד נמצא ברשותו, בפיקוחו או בהשגחתו;
”מחנה קיץ“ – קייטנה שאינה מתקיימת במבנה של מוסד חינוך;
”מנהל קייטנה“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות התברואה;
”נותן האישור“ – מי שהשר הסמיכו לעניין סעיף 2ג לחוק רישוי עסקים;
”רשות הרישוי“ – כמשמעותה בחוק רישוי עסקים;
”תקנות התברואה“ – תקנות רישוי עסקים (תנאים תברואיים לקייטנות ומחנות נופש), התשל״ו–1975.
